This is a request for a student project at the Wisconsin School
of Business. The potential projects are for a Venture Growth Assessment or Business Development Plan of an existing business that desires to grow or change
and wants assistance in the planning process.
1. Financing Plan - 5 or more employees, 5 years in business. Students will conduct an analysis of the firm’s current financial condition and management's plans for the next five years. They will develop financial projections, a financing plan and perform a business valuation.
2. Strategic Plan - 5 or more employees, 5 years in business. Similar to a business plan, but with more of a focus on strategy and allocation of resources to achieve that strategy.
3. Business Development Plan - 3 or more employees, 3 years in business. Students will work with the company to develop a new plan or update an existing business plan.
Please describe your company, industry,
products/services, target markets and any other interesting facts about your company that will help students
decide to work on this project. Student teams choose
projects from all those that are submitted.
Please provide enough detail to give the students a clear picture of your
business and how this service could help the business.
