Beth Weiler, SPHR
Beth is a Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience. She has a solid background in many aspects of HR including: performance management, coaching and counseling employees, managing difficult terminations, training and development, recruiting, labor relations, and safety. Beth has worked in a variety of industries including financial services and professional services firms, as well as manufacturing.
Beth graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance. She recently obtained her SPHR Certification and is a local and national member of the Society for Human Resource Development. Beth also serves on the Patient and Family Advisory Council for the American Family Children’s Hospital.
Barbara Waters, SPHR has more than 25 years experience in the field of Human Resources. Most of her career has been with a Madison, WI based manufacturing company where she has held positions such as Personnel Manager, Director of Employee Support and is now the Community Relations Manager.

Barbara has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University. She also holds a Professional Senior Human Resource Certification (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management and is certified as a trainer/facilitator for AchieveGlobal Supervisory Training.
