Refund Policy
Registrants who cancel will receive a refund less a $10 processing fee if we receive written notification postmarked on or before the start of the program. No refund will be granted after the program begins. If the UW-Madison Small Business Development Center cancels the program, a full refund (less the $10 processing fee) will be given. A substitute may attend if we receive before the start of the program. The Small Business Development Center reserves the right to substitute instructors, change the day a program meets, or cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events.
Location/Parking
Grainger Hall is located at 975 University Avenue in Madison.
If you would like to park in Grainger Hall, evening parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Enter Lot 7 (Grainger Hall) off of Brooks Street and proceed to the attendant at the gates. You can pay a fee for the evening or use meters if you desire.
The public Lake Street/Frances Street Parking Ramp is located between Lake and Frances Streets, near State Street, and is three blocks from the Grainger Hall School of Business
