Overview
Create a clear picture for decision-making and goal achievement in your business for 2021 in a Constellation Workshop. In this virtual group workshop you will explore purpose, goals, alignment, your story, and the benefits of visualizing them. This 2 hour session will introduce you to the Constellation method of business visualization, with regular break-out sessions to share inspiration and encouragement with your peers. Once the session is complete you’ll have your own Constellation as a focus for 2021 and guidance and direction on how to update it on your own or with your team.
Note: This course content aligns well with section 3 (REFOCUS) of our Navigating the New Normal COVID Response Guide. Since the Guide focuses on future business planning, completing the Guide before taking this course would be excellent (though by no means required) complementary material!
Want a deeper dive after the workshop?
Eight participants will have an opportunity to sign up for a personal 60-minute Constellation session with workshop facilitators and Relumed Co-founders, Marita and Eric Herkert-Oakland. Typically $925, when paired with the Constellation Workshop, this personal session will be offered at $250. Interested participants can submit a request on the Relumed website and mention the SBDC workshop.
