What do you like about Accounting? I enjoy understanding the complexities and nuances of financial reporting which makes 10-K’s more comprehendible when looking into company financials.

Impactful UW experience(s):  The most impactful experience I’ve had at UW was joining the Capital Management Club (CMC). Joining CMC exposed me to different career paths and taught me the fundamentals of equity research. Throughout my time in the club, I participated in the associate stock pitch competition, pitching SoFi, and individually pitched Vail Resorts. I was able to broaden my network through the club which has helped me obtain internship opportunities and more. The most important thing I got out of CMC was the ability to understand different companies by looking into their financials (10-K & 10-Q) and other reports.

Goal after graduation? I plan to return to Wells Fargo in their corporate banking practice.

Favorite things to do outside of work and studying? Golf, pickleball, skiing, and spending time with friends and family
