Change from Where You Are: Change Management Strategies for Leaders at All Levels

Overview

Course Objective

  • Develop strategies to leverage collaborative input in managing change
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities during change
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable tasks across organizational levels
  • Identify strategies for influencing and implementing change you did not initiate
  • Explore techniques for influencing change without formal authority
  • Recognize the value of collaborative perspectives in the change process
  • Develop adaptive responses to change

Who should attend?

  • Frontline Supervisors
  • Leaders who influence or implement organizational changes but are not necessarily involved in strategic decision-making processes
  • Middle Managers and Emerging Leaders seeking practical tools to guide their decision-making effectively through change while managing upward and downward expectations
  • Individual Contributors who must navigate changes initiated by others and want to proactively influence outcomes
  • New or Less-Experienced Managers interested in building essential leadership competencies around change management in a practical, accessible manner.

Cancellation Policy: Due to program costs and space limitations for these programs, participants are expected to cancel their registration at least 24 hours ahead of the program. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to the start of the program will be considered no-shows and may be removed from future programming and/or charged a course fee.
