The SBDC Provides free consulting to small businesses and Entrepreneurs
Our Consultants work one-on-one with you to plan your start-up, solve operational issues, and prepare for growth. We work with start-up’s, as well as existing businesses in numerous industries. The service we provide is no-cost and confidential.
In 2019 the center saw 450 consulting clients, clients started 33 new business and obtained over $11.75 million in capital.
The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of Wisconsin Madison is part of a statewide network of SBDC’s and is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
